America Needs More Beekeepers
AJ Honey Farms is working to make beekeeping understandable, practical, and welcoming—while helping more people appreciate the essential work of honeybees.

Knowledge Keeps Beekeeping Growing
Healthy local beekeeping communities support pollination, agriculture, food production, and a stronger American honey industry. Allen and Judy Stovall believe the United States needs more capable, confident beekeepers—and more opportunities for people to learn where honey comes from.
Education is part of AJ Honey Farms and reflects the same experience, curiosity, and respect for honeybees that shape our products and apiary work.
Bring the honey industry back home by giving more people the knowledge and confidence to care for bees well.
The Vision
A Place for Hands-On Learning
Beginning Beekeepers
Practical instruction designed to help new beekeepers understand equipment, colony needs, seasonal management, and responsible decision-making.
Youth & Families
Approachable experiences that help young people and families discover pollination, agriculture, honey, wax, and life inside a colony.
Community Programs
Future workshops, demonstrations, and conversations connecting beekeeping with local food, agriculture, and environmental stewardship.

Built on Experience
Learning from Bees and Sharing What Works
AJ Honey Farms grew from Allen and Judy’s love of beekeeping, continued education, colony-rescue experiences, and work in the Kansas landscape. The Educational Center vision builds on that foundation.
Programs, dates, capacity, and registration details will be announced as facilities and offerings are developed. The page does not represent that every proposed program is currently available.
